What is sustainable building?

The LEED process itself looks for opportunities for improvement in building and performance, including focus on life cycle costs and payback analysis, energy conservation, daylighting, recycling, use of sustainable and environmentally friendly materials and techniques.  These types of practices, used in building Grand Cliffs homes, offer a framework for creating healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings.
